▌ LiM - Leader in Me Program
Doan Thi Diem Primary School - Hanoi campus 1 began implementing the LiM - Leader in Me program. LiM is the #1 human change program licensed from the Franklin Covey corporation in the US. The LiM program educates students to form effective habits, becoming individuals with the necessary competence and qualities to succeed in the 21st century.
Leader in Me trains learners in the “7 effective habits” including:

- Begin with the End in Mind
- Put First Things First
- Think Win-Win
- Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood
- Synergize
- Sharpen the Saw
The Leader in Me program aligns with the educational goals of Doan Thi Diem Primary School - Hanoi: the comprehensive development of students, with specific directions:

The “Leader in Me” (LiM) program places special emphasis on building character in students alongside equipping them with skills. The process of building habits and forming character is continuous, not only through skill-based lessons but also through daily application in school and family activities.
The LiM program has many activities that are closely connected to family activities, forming an effective triangular partnership in the student's development process.
